A few more words about an issue that is of the utmost importance to me.

As political candidates, we spend considerable time and effort every election cycle fighting for votes. After the election, whether won or lost, many candidates leave the irregularities of the election behind. But we owe the voters more than that. When voters are disenfrachised, we owe it to them to seek justice and expose the truth. That is why I have been so proud of the Kerry-Edwards campaign's ongoing involvement in the investigation and litigation of what went wrong in Ohio. I wrote to the candidates recently to ask that they continue to be involved in this important endeavor.

This is not about the past. It is about figuring out what went wrong and why -- and then getting the next election right, not for the Democratic Party, but for all of the voters.

"The top-level British government memo marked "SECRET AND STRICTLY PERSONAL," dated eight months before Bush sent us into Iraq, following a closed meeting with the President, reads, "Military action was now seen as inevitable. Bush wanted to remove Saddam through military action justified by the conjunction of terrorism and WMD.  But the intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy." Greg Palast and Keith Olberman tell the story. (WMV). John Kerry and other senators have sent this letter to the Senate Intelligence Committee to investigate this matter.

John Kerry's statements on Bush finally accepting responsibility for the Hurricane Katrina disaster and his inept mismanagement of the event:

“This Administration still hasn’t figured out the difference between spin and leadership. The President has done the obvious, only after it was clear he couldn’t get away with the inexcusable. President Bush has accepted Michael Brown’s resignation and admitted the buck stops in the Oval Office. But there are a lot of survivors who want to know whether this will change anything. Does the White House even understand the problem? The Administration had four years after September 11th to get this right, and they were caught unforgivably unprepared to deal with a major emergency here at home. Do they now understand that our government’s efforts and resources have been going to the wrong priorities? What are they doing to make sure this never happens again other than talking tough talk?”
-John Kerry, September 12, 2005

"Americans want to know that their government will be there when it counts with leadership that keeps them safe, not speeches in the aftermath to explain away the inexcusable."
-John Kerry, September 15, 2005

Kerry
You can find out how you can contribute to the efforts concerning the disastrous South and Southeast Asia Earthquake and Tsunamis. More information is available. Our hearts go out to the victims of this tragedy.

This independently created site, which is produced entirely by volunteer grassroots effort and not officially affiliated with the official Kerry campaign, is dedicated towards helping the grassroots efforts for those who wanted John Kerry to be the next President of the United States and defeat George Bush in November, 2004.

The Bush campaign was the most distasteful and disgusting pack of lies that America has ever unfortunately witnessed.  John Kerry has officially conceded the election to George W. Bush.  Keep in mind that a concession speech is not legally binding and investigations continue to see that all votes are indeed counted.

We now need to focus on the elections in 2006 to rid the country of those willing to comply with the neocon right-wing agenda that Bush will surely try to shove down our throats.  Bush will not be able to conveniently blame Bill Clinton anymore. He had made his bed and now he must lie in it. America and democracy will survive this despicable radical theocrat and his band of war-profiteering crooks.

John Kerry is one of the best Presidents this country may never have.

On this site, you will find documents to print out and distribute, audio, desktop wallpaper and video to play and other tools to get the message out about John Kerry.

The audio is from various speeches or events and the video is from rare footage of the Kerry campaign or animations of political content.

This site will not go away anytime soon.  It may change so that it looks more at the 2006 Elections and Bush's possible impeachment.

Other ideas are working toward political ad reform, election reform and finding out what others want to do now that Bush may have another term.

You can support the Recount efforts at Black Box Voting, Verified Voting, Voters Unite and a great site with many links on the issue. Check out Keith Olbermann's observations on the issues (below).

In summary, we need to work towards seeing who voted this Election, continue to spread the message that John Kerry stands for, look at voter reform, work on getting more Democrats in the House and Senate in 2006 and hopefully and rightfully impeach George W. Bush for all the damage he has done to our democracy and the World. It is time to continue to mobilize. Retreat...no surrender.

You need Windows Media Player and broadband to view.
Go to the media section to get all four debates in QuickTime and MP3 formats.
Watch a web version of the intense and amazing documentary by George Butler called "Going Upriver: The Long War of John Kerry" in Real Media. The length of the movie is 1 hour and 36 minutes. Please support the movie by going to the official web site.
Watch John Kerry on September 15, 2004 in Madison, Wisconsin at the Alliant Energy Center. This video was independently recorded. Kerry also made a great speech on CSPAN as well as was on David Letterman (9/20/04). RealPlayer needed. JK is ready to debate!
Bush is caught in another lie and this RealMedia video shows how Bush distorts or blatently lies about John Kerry's record. Peter Jennings does the analysis on ABC-News.
Zig Zag Zell Miller melts down when being interviewed by amused Chris Matthews after his disgusting and lie-strewn RNC speech in a video produced by the very hard-working Media Matters.
Bush's RNC Speech is debunked in this PDF brochure with information that is from the Kerry web site.  Other issue papers are available in the Issues section to get the message out.
The Bush Family is exposed in a short documentary by Kevin Phillips talking about his book "American Dynasty", which features the political deeds from Prescott Bush up to the current Bush in power.
Check out Factcheck.org and how they debunk and expose the lies and distortions of the Bush-Cheney campaign ads that are polluting the airwaves and minds of the electorate. They also keep the Kerry-Edwards campaign honest too.
Tell Senator Bob Dole that he should be ashamed for attacking not only the validity of John Kerry's war medals, but also assaulting those who have served this country with honor, whether veterans or the soldiers in battle now. Perhaps Dole can inspect the decorated soldiers in Iraq now to see if they are "injured enough" for his tastes.
Special Features
A video of a great recent Kerry rally by the Democratic Unity Group, based in Madison, Wisconsin, features local political leaders, including Russ Feingold, telling us why they support John Kerry. The RealMedia player is needed.
There is a new video available of an anti-Bush Bus Tour protest event that happened on May 7, 2004 in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. You will need RealMedia player to view the video, which is about 30 minutes long. Broadband preferred.
As part of some new efforts to make alternative ideas of ads showing how Bush should not be president, here is a Flash animation illustrating Bush's flip-flops on all the issues.
Watch a Flash animation that spoofs the Bush campaign actually having the audacity to insult anyone who has served this country by insinuating that John Kerry was not "injured enough" when he received his first Purple Heart.
If you've seen the Bush/Cheney negative ads on television, you've seen how they distort John Kerry's record.  This spoof ad takes their predictable methods to another level, no pun intended. RealMedia is needed.
Stay tuned for some new features...
